Since March 2009, the Lebanon Free Clinic has been providing Christian health services to individuals in Lebanon without access to health care. Because of donations and volunteers, services are provided at no cost to the patient.
The Lebanon Free Clinic is managed and operated by Water Street Health Services in partnership with the Lebanon Rescue Mission.
Eligibility
In order to receive services, the following criteria must be met:
- Uninsured (no private or public health insurance)
- Below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (see income chart below)
- Lebanon County resident with Photo ID (Lancaster office)
A potential patient may register by bringing income verification and photo ID to the Lebanon Free Clinic. Registration must be completed in person.
